OPERATORS
Pre-Design

• Preparation of detailed briefing documentation and space requirements

• Preparation and development of brand identity and scope for integration with the building.

• Assess suitability of contractors proposals and compatibility.
Design Phase
-
• Review developer/ contractors proposals and identify potential operational or long term technical issues
-
• Act as point of contact/ design team liaison
-
• Advise on the integration of client supplied FF&E
Construction & Completion
-
• Undertake regular site inspections to review quality of workmanship, compliance with design and identify any issues that may present an operational or long term maintenance issue.

• Assist with the co-ordination of client supplied items and FF&E
Building Management
-
• Carry out regular utility reviews with management team to establish where energy use could be reduced.
-
• Establish programme of capital works to improve energy performance of the building.
-
• Develop and implement 5 or 10 year programme for capital improvements/ refurbishment work.
-
• Carry out regular inspections to identify potential design enhancements or adherence to brand standards.
-
• Programme refurbishment work to minimise loss of revenue.
