Design Phase

1. •    Technical audit of design to identify potential operational or construction issues
   

2. •    Review proposals to establish potential efficiencies or savings
   

3. •    Advice on the suitability of specified materials or equipment
   

4. •    Advice on the development and co-ordination of operator supplied FF&E
   

Construction & Completion

1. •    Technical review of contractors proposals to identify operational or maintenance issues
   

2. •    Undertake site inspections to review quality of workmanship and compliance with design
   

3. •    Assist with the co-ordination of operator supplied FF&E
   

4. •    Carry out snagging/ inspections
   

Building Management

1. •    Review operator proposals or requests for alterations to the building.
   

2. •    Carry out regular building inspections and condition survey.
