Pre-Design


  1.     Provide advice on the space requirements and key design criteria

  2.     Provide advice on cost and programme risks

  3.     Provide advice on selection of other consultants and key suppliers


Design


  1.     Technical audit of design proposals to identify operational or technical issues

  2.     Provide detailed briefing requirements for specialist areas such as kitchens and bars.

  3.     Provide advice on building control/ environmental services requirements and potential solutions

  4.     Provide advice on selection of specialist consultants and suppliers

  5.     Liaise with potential hotel operator to establish their requirements.

  6.     Provide advice on scope for integrating energy saving measures into design


Construction & Completion


  1.     Undertake regular site inspections to review quality of workmanship, compliance with design and identify any issues that may present an operational or long term maintenance issue.

  2.     Assist with the co-ordination of client supplied items and FF&E
