Design

• Technical audit of design proposals to identify operational or technical issues

• Provide detailed briefing requirements for specialist areas such as kitchens and bars.

• Provide advice on building control/ environmental services requirements and potential solutions

• Provide advice on selection of specialist consultants and suppliers
-
• Liaise with potential hotel operator to establish their requirements.

• Provide advice on scope for integrating energy saving measures into design
Construction & Completion
-
• Undertake regular site inspections to review quality of workmanship, compliance with design and identify any issues that may present an operational or long term maintenance issue.

• Assist with the co-ordination of client supplied items and FF&E
